Download Reservation Application MAIN PARK PAVILION & TOWN HALL RESERVATIONS The Town Hall and Park Pavilion are available in two separate blocks of time during the day. Time blocks available are 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. There are no reservations on Sundays or Holidays. RESIDENTS: No cost to Vineyard residents but residents may be charged a cleaning fee if they do not take responsibility to clean the pavilion after use. NON-RESIDENTS: $50.00 fee per time block and a $50.00 deposit. The $50.00 is fully refundable when the facility is left clean and in good repair. | Town Hall (20-30 people)

The TOWN HALL is reserved for Public Meetings every WEDNESDAY night from 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm J Rulon Gammon Park has three non-reserved pavilions (fits 8 to 10 people) equipped with charcoal BBQ grills open on a first come first basis. PARK CLOSED from November 1 to April 1
Reservation Policies:
Reservations from residents and businesses within the town will be accepted January 1st of each year for the entire year, prior to the proposed date of use. Reservations from non-resident users will be accepted not more than 90 Days prior to the proposed date of use. Overnight camping in the Park is prohibited. A seven (7) day notice is required by non-residents for all reservations and/or cancellations. Non-profit Groups desiring to use the town hall on a long-term basis will only be allowed to reserve the facilities on a month-by-month basis. Any one desiring to play music in the park that can be heard beyond 50 feet must obtain a decibel limit permit. If the music is louder than the permitted level, the individual or group will be asked to leave. RECREATION EQUIPMENT is included in the rental of the park. The recreational equipment includes Volleyball/Standards, a kickball, a soccer ball, shuffleboard equipment, horseshoes, a softball bat and ball, and a basketball. If you would like to use the equipment please let us know when making your reservation. A fee for any damaged or lost equipment will be charged to the renters. Staining foods and drinks; such as red punch, are prohibited from being used in the Town hall. Pavilion BBQ GRILLS need to be cleaned by reserving party after use, in order to get back the full cleaning deposit. The Pavilion and Town Hall must be cleaned up and ready to leave at the end of your reservation time. Most weekends have more than one reservation. Please be considerate of those who have reserved the facility following your reservation. Please do not arrive earlier than your scheduled park reservation time. Clean up of the either facility needs to be completed prior to 10:00 PM. Park Curfew is 11:00 PM. NO SMOKING or ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are allowed on the premises. Any violation of the rules herein stated constitutes forfeiture of the deposit. Vineyard Town has the right to refuse anyone, at any time, the use of the town facilities.
