NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Vineyard Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 7:00 PM, or as soon as possible thereafter, to receive public comment regarding case TA-09-05, a request by Dan Nelson and Renato Fuchs to amend Section 10-5-10.2 Permitted Uses in the I-1 (Industrial) Zoning District to allow indoor recreational uses in the I-1 District subject to a conditional use permit. The public hearing will be held at the Vineyard Town Hall located at 240 East Gammon Road, Vineyard, UT.  All interested parties are invited to attend.  For more information regarding the proposed application, please contact the Town Clerk at (801) 226-1929.
