NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Vineyard Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 7:00 PM, or as soon as possible thereafter, to receive public comment regarding case CU-09-05, a request by Dan Nelson and Renato Fuchs for an indoor soccer facility on approximately 2.57 acres located at 1661 North 400 East. The public hearing will be held at the Vineyard Town Hall located at 240 East Gammon Road, Vineyard, UT.  All interested parties are invited to attend.  For more information regarding the proposed application, please contact the Town Clerk at (801) 226-1929.
