NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE

VINEYARD TOWN REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

Public Notice is hereby given that the Vineyard Town Redevelopment Agency will hold a regular meeting on September 23, 2009, starting at approximately 7:30 PM, or as soon as possible thereafter, in the Vineyard Town Hall; 240 East Gammon Road, Vineyard, Utah. The agenda will consist of the following:

1.      CALL TO ORDER/PRAYER

2.      MINUTES REVIEW AND APPROVAL

3.  BUSINESS ITEMS:

3.1 Discussion and Action: RESOLUTION – FORMAL FINDING OF BLIGHT WITHIN THE URBAN RENEWAL SURVEY AREA – The Vineyard Redevelopment Agency board will discuss and possibly act to approve by resolution the finding of blight within the Geneva Urban Renewal Survey Area, thereby designating the Anderson Geneva property as an inactive industrial site.

3.2 Discussion and Action: RESOLUTION – DESIGNATING THE GENEVA URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT AREA AND AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF A DRAFT PROJECT AREA PLAN AND DRAFT PROJECT AREA BUDGET – The Vineyard Redevelopment Agency board will discuss and possibly act to designate by resolution the Geneva Urban Renewal Project area and authorize the preparation of a draft project area plan and draft project area budget, and authorize and direct all necessary action by the agency, staff, and counsel.
