_ Be a citizen of the United States
_ Have resided in Utah at least 30 days immediately before the next election
_ Be at least 18 years old on or before the next election
To register to vote, mail-in forms can be obtained from the Utah County Clerk’s Office (100 East Center Street, Provo) or the Vineyard Town hall (240 East Gammon Road). Copies of the registration form from either the US West Dex or Provo-Orem Phone Directories (last page of government section) can also be made. Online voter registration is also available at http://www.co.utah.ut.us/Dept/ClerkAud/Elections/VoterReg.asp. (You will need to mail or deliver a paper copy as well.)
