NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

OF THE VINEYARD TOWN COUNCIL

Public Notice is hereby given that the Vineyard Town Council will hold a regular meeting on July 22, 2009, starting at 7:00 PM, in the Vineyard Town Hall; 240 East Gammon Road, Vineyard, Utah. The agenda will consist of the following:

3.  PLANNING COMMISSION UPDATE AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE

5.  BUSINESS ITEMS:

5.1 Continued Discussion and Action:  UTAH DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (UDOT) GENEVA ROAD/400 SOUTH PROJECT – The Vineyard Town Council will continue to discuss and possibly act to approve a Cooperative Betterment Agreement for the Geneva Road Project.  The Agreement will include plans for lighting, landscaping and the water line. 

5.2 Continued Discussion: RAILROAD ORDINANCE APPLICATION – The Vineyard Town Council will continue to discuss the adoption of an ordinance regulating the operation of the railroad through the Town, as proposed by Anderson Geneva.  The application is intended to address the various issues related to operation of the railroads.

5.3 Discussion and Action:  DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS AND DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS BOOKLET – The Vineyard Town Council will discuss and possibly act to approve an amendment of the Development Standards and Design Specifications Booklet.

7:30 P.M., or as soon as possible thereafter  EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Vineyard Town Council will hold an Executive Session pursuant to Utah Code Sections 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 for the purpose of discussing the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual.  Executive Sessions are closed to the public.

The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.

The Public is invited to participate in all Town Council meetings. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least 3 days before the meeting by calling (801) 226-1929.
