State registration numbers can be obtained by logging onto osbr.utah.gov (OneStop Business Registration). A copy of the completed registration form is required to be submitted with the ADU application to Vineyard.

Site Plan should include existing structures and any new proposed additions such as stairwells, sidewalks, etc. It should include measurements from the proposed structures to all adjacent property lines.
Site plan should also include measurements of all parking available on site.
Construction plans should include floor plans and layout of proposed ADU.
